Since the trade war cease fire agreement between the USA and China at the G20, it seems as if trade tensions have only got worse. I go over the recent developments with the trade deal and talk about the increasing tension China is showing towards the USA, as well as how it looks like China is preparing to buckle down for a longer trade war. I believe that come around March we will see trade talks decline further and the trade war extend on. I bring this up because this will have huge implications on the economy and stock market, and it already has, which I explained. Nonetheless, this political environment and climate for the markets is one that is changing quickly so I could be wrong and these situations can change rapidly which I will keep you posted on.  Nonetheless, it would be much easier and smarter to get a budget deal done than solving this china trade mess, so this could become a huge headwind on the economy and the stock market in the first half of 2019.
