Next to the paternoster elevator at Stuttgart city hall (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liH3d_CIjkM), there is this old elevator. It has got nice manual shaft doors with big windows, but unfortunately also inner doors without any windows. The cab has two entrances, one of which is seemingly only used in the basement, which is locked off. Interestingly, the inner door at that entrance opens a little bit after the elevator has not moved for a few seconds.
