Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission detectives have this morning carried out raids on embattled Migori governor, Okoth Obado's homes in Nairobi and Migori.
The detectives were reportedly searching for evidence in a case where the governor is accused of embezzling county funds to the tune of two billion shillings. Obado has been accused of siphoning the public funds through his associates including his children.
