A candle light vigil was held Friday night where about a hundred people gathered in Sacramento's Curtis Park to draw attention to a deadly police shooting they believe was avoidable. The officer involved shooting happened early Thursday morning. Police were responding to reports of a man with a mask and a gun. Get the full story in the video above.
