CrossFit training methodology does a great job making people look awesome, feel good, and get super strong. One of the things that could be better about the standard program is that it does not account for deceleration, the phase of movement when most injury occurs. Using exercises like the one in this video can be a beneficial addition to your programming when done correctly. Avoid knee injuries by adding 10 sets of 3 for each leg once every week to two weeks.
