Siaya Court dismisses petition filed by Nicholas Gumbo

The High court in Siaya has handed governor Cornel Rasanga another five years in office after quashing to an election petition challenging his victory in the August 8th 2017 elections. Lady Justice Esther Maina while ruling on the case said that the petitioner, Nicholas Gumbo had failed to provide sufficient evidence before the court.
