Blue Ash Police: Man exposes himself 3 times, including in front of hospice

BLUE ASH, Ohio (WKRC) - Police in Blue Ash are looking for a flasher.

Police say the man exposed his genitals to three women as they left three different businesses on January 19; Blue Ash Public Library, Oncology Hematology and a hospice. The crimes took place between 5 p.m .and 6 p.m.

The women told police the flasher is a white man who is 20-30 years old. He has short sandy or red hair and he wears an earring. He was driving a white 4-door sedan with tinted windows. Police say it could be a newer model Chevy Impala or a Kia Optima.

Outside the library, Poppy Clay says the news makes her anxious.

"It’s very disturbing because there are a lot of kids that walk here every day after school," said Clay.

"The junior high is down the street and she works here. I wouldn’t want her seeing anything like that."

Blue Ash Police would like to hear from any other victims.
