The world Athletics' governing body has delayed the implementation of ruling on hyper-androgenism by five months after an appeal lodged by Caster Semenya. The new rules, announced in April, had been expected to take effect in two weeks' time. They target women with higher than normal levels of testosterone in track events ranging from the 400 metres up to a mile. Caster Semenya moved to the Court of Arbitration for Sport and challenged the rules. Recently, South Africa hosted a conference on IAAF's new hyper-androgenism regulations Subscribe to us on YouTube: http://ow.ly/Zvqj30aIsgY Follow us on: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cgtnafrica/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/cgtnafrica
