Apple raisin pancakes

Ingredients
Makes: 4

1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
80 gram all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
60 millilitre butter milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 apple peeled, cored and diced
20 gram raisins

butter 

serve with honey or maple syrup

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg ans sugar until creamy. Stir in buttermilk. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon beat until combined. Stir in Apple  and raisins.

2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, scoop batter into the skillet. Cook both sides 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with honey or maple syrup.
