An overhead bridge had a complaint of indecent exposure

Many years ago, my vet assistant from Myanmar used to rest at this overhead bridge, after early morning jogging. One day at 7.30 am, he was detained by the Toa Payoh Police and he phoned me. The police told me that he had exposed his backside while standing on this overhead bridge. They had received complaints ffom the St Andrew's Junior College and so had taken action to detain my assistant. The police asked him to turn round and showed me his loose shorts which exposed his butt partially. He was released with a warning.
