BROWN COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - Several law enforcement agencies from two local counties are making the holidays a lot brighter for some families in need with the annual Shop with a Cop in Mt. Orab. This isn't just a trip to the store to pickup presents. Cruisers from law enforcement in two counties pick up the kids in Brown and Highland counties and bring them to the Country Inn with full lights and sirens. The kids then get a good breakfast buffet. The officers take the kids to the Hillsboro Walmart to let them shop for Christmas. They then go see a movie and wrap up the day at a local arcade. They return to the police departments to wrap their presents. Community donations of about $20,000 make this day happen.
