In this video I show a way to get a dominate overhook grip while controlling the outside arm. This was part of a series where we learned that far side wrist control can allow you some really great hip movement. I first saw this technique on another youtube channel (trainfightwin) but I cant seem to find the guys name to give him credit. I have a series that I use off of this grip and I rarely overhook unless I have this grip.
