http://www.homebuildingandrepairs.com I've met so many nice people my entire life and some of them are flaky. One of the nicest persons I ever worked with was one of the biggest flakes I ever knew and eventually I quit working with him. Just because someone is nice and you get along with them, doesn't mean that they have enough experience to complete your home remodeling project or repairs. Don't get caught up in the nice guy syndrome and hire someone, because you feel sorry for them, they're having financial problems, they're just nice guys or you're trying to do the right thing. If you get along good with the contractor that you're planning on hiring, that's a bonus, but have been enough experience is the key to completing a successful construction project.
