Brooks: What were going to do is put some bamboo all along here. On the design that we added in the back is a place for plants. See how I stuck this one back here, that's why I had you bring these over here. Bamboo is going to do real well. Were just going to drop this back in here. There we go. Now eventually see these will create a big area of privacy through here, because bamboo thrives really well, and you've seen it in yards it grows real fast, and you can trim it out to a nice wall. We're going to create nice area that's more secluded than what it is right now.

Brooks: People have a hard time gardening, you know they think, "What am I doing wrong?" well there's some great tips, it's real simple.

Shelle: Okay.

Brooks: There are three rules to having a green thumb: its water, soil, and sunlight. So what if she does, think about your plants, you know that are going to have full sun, you want to make sure you buy the plants that are okay for full sun. You know if you're planting a tree, make sure that tree accepts a full sun. And with the soil, if you have real acidic soil or you're not quite sure you can go down and get a kit from any nursery and just test your soil there's a couple real easy ways, you can take care of your soil, you can also create your own mulch and your own fertilizer and there's some real easy fertilizer out there to use. And that's the key thing with plants is keep them fertilized keeping them watered properly getting them the right sunlight. This is really low maintenance the bamboo in the back so it can go all the way around or you know at any time you can pull these out and put something else different in there. Which is really cool.

Shelle: Do you have to water these often or?

Brooks: Not very often, no.

Shelle: fantastic.
