I just finished up an exterior repaint in Melbourne, Florida where we painted all of the stucco walls, stucco bands, exterior doors, did an exterior patio ceiling repair and also painted the window frames because the windows original finish was faded and chalky.

Chances are if you're reading this, your windows might need a little facelift.
Getting new windows for your home just because the paint is drab and chalky could cost a pretty penny.
The good news is that You have found the perfect Melbourne painting contractor to make your windows look like new again for a fraction of the price that it would cost you to replace your windows.

I have a proven track record and years of experience to prep and paint your exterior window frames for a flawless factory finish that will last for years to come..

1) Pressure wash all of the exterior surfaces to be painted.
2) Prep the surface and area around the window to be painted
3) We like to use our airless paint sprayer to prime your window frames with Richards Paint -- Multi Surface Primer/Sealer.
4) After the primer dries, we caulk all of the windows to be painted.
5) Lastly, I spray two coats of Richards -- Signature Series (satin or semi gloss) exterior paint for a long lasting and durable finish.
