Video Transcript:- Number four is for all my cardio folks out there. I'm a huge believer in working your entire body when you work out, but also both cardiovascular systems and that's why I highly recommend steady state cardio. A great way of doing this, what you do is you take and you go incline walking. Now that can be in a gym, that can be outside with the hills, whatever you choose, whatever you have at your disposal. What you want to do is, you're going to take that speed down just a little bit and you're going to take that incline up as high as you feel comfortable with. Some people are at 10 degree inclines, some are at 15 degree inclines. It all depends on you and what your current level is. Also try to find your fat burning zone. You find that fat burning zone and stay in there for about 30 minutes and I promise you, you're going to sweat like nothing before and you're going to burn some serious calories in that 30 minutes. Number five, finally, one of the best ways to keep your body feeling good, feeling strong and feeling healthy is actually through proper rest. A great way to get that besides actually resting, and it's backed by science, is through yoga. Stop in a local shop, check it out or you can just do what Every's doing and run through the basic sun salutations every day. It feels really good, it stretches your body and it gets you a good workout. There's my five different types of exercise that you can incorporate to mix up your current training style, to spark that fire, to get you ready and get you motivated to get in the best shape of your life.
