How to build the Dakota fire hole Great day to expand my fire repertoire. Building the Dakota fire hole from beginning to end. This fire was a fun one to build and I think it would be really good for stealth camping, cooking fire or a lower heat fire. It doesn't radiate as well as a fire that's above ground but it is capable of putting out a good bit of heat. I was able to do a simple boil test in about 10 minutes. All in all I would definitely build this fire again. It's fun to see what works and what doesn't! Instagram: @timwatsonoutdoors Twitter: @timwoutdoors Facebook: www.facebook.com/timwatsonoutdoors
