July 6,2014 (Sunday). River next to the Royal Golden View Hotel, a 38-room 3-storey new hotel. The river overflowed its bank on Jul 6, but was not full the next morning. The river boats seem to be leaking. From the roof top of the hotel, I could see a white temple, two golden ones and the grey one. Monks cross the river by boat at around 8 am in both mornings of July 6 and 7, going for their daily alms. Rainy days in July. Best time to visit Yangon will be from Oct to January.
