A suspect has been arrested in connection with the infamous NorCal Rapist case. Roy Charles Waller, 58, was arrested Thursday at his job on the campus of UC Berkeley. Waller was linked to the case via DNA, the Sacramento Police Department said. Waller lives in Benicia with his wife. His neighbors said they are shocked to hear about the arrest.
