MILFORD, Ohio (WKRC) - Dozens gathered in Milford on Sunday to remember a special little girl. Ava Tudor died in January at just five-years-old from complications after open-heart surgery. In her honor, the Ava's Army Foundation has made it its mission to support Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. On Sunday, a luncheon and toy drive was held at Graceland Memorial Gardens where Ava was laid to rest. In Ava's memory, balloons were also released at the event. The toys will be donated to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center on Monday.
