A5045630 Mud Bug is a super-cute 6-year-old male black-and-brown Dachshund and Chihuahua mix who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on March 31st as an owner surrender with no reason given. Weighing 7 lbs, Mud Bug is an enthusiastic little guy who was thrilled to get out and about for his glamour shot. He has darling floppy ears and a perky face that will melt your heart, sturdiest little legs and feet ever. Mud Bug adores other dogs -- when he was out, he was most interested in every dog he saw. He seems be housebroken, is friendly and chipper, and walks okay on leash but could use a refresher. Mud Bug would be a wonderful addition to a multi-dog home where he can have the canine companionship he craves -- if you have a pup who’s lonely when you’re gone, this boy is just what you need.
