A5046548 Veda is a personality-plus, 6-year-old spayed female tan-and-white Chihuahua who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on April 3rd because her owners had no time for her. Weighing 11 lbs, Veda is the nicest little dog -- a volunteer favorite She will leap right into your lap to give kisses, sits on command, is good on leash, and seems to be housebroken. She greets other dogs nicely and has a pleasant, medium energy level. Although she’s all grown up, she looks like a puppy! This is really a plug-and-play dog who would be wonderful for any family, and great for a first-time owner. We think she’d be great with children as well.

UHA is not a shelter, but supports shelters to help increase visibility of animals who might not otherwise be seen.
