I'm kicking off my Man Cave 2013 Summer of the Burger series this week with a Man Cave rendition of the Classic Carolina Chili Cheeseburger!  This burger is popular in North and South Carolina and some other parts of the southern United States.  It's staple features are chili, coleslaw, American cheese, and mustard.  They are typically cooked on a flat top rather than a grill and served on a sesame seed bun.  My girlfriend Tonya helped me turn this into an over-the-top burger by making me some home made kaiser rolls!  

This is burger #1 of a series for this summer.  I hope to add 19 more awesome burger cooks before Labor Day!
