PoolWorks offers fully integrated tools for flattening and communicating with the cutting machines. Any geometry can be split easily with great flexibility to allow liners to be designed with less panels offering possibilities which were impossible in the past. A designer can apply a lab tested material to the liner to help accurately display stress information on the liner as it becomes flattened. 

The flattening technique can be used with literally any shape of pool. After cutting the now flattened pieces you can easily position each piece according to its matching piece. These can then be panelized with a single click and exported to your Eastman cutting machine. 

Information to help match and align seam information for the welding process can be added with a couple of clicks. Labels are automatically offset appropriately to land on your material. 

In addition, you can create a 2D Drawing of the finished pool liner panels to assist with the fabrication process
