With the stock market dropping and being as volatile as it is, I think dealing with depression and emotions is something a lot of investors ignore. I share my story with emotions over the last year and some tips to keep your trading psychology in place. Its all about balance. If your mindset and mental health isn’t taken care of and you aren’t conscious about it, it will show in your profits and losses. Don’t get too excited when you wing and don’t get too pissed off when you lose.
