This is my entry into the Ballistic BBQ Sandwich Video Contest. When Greg announced the sandwich contest, I found myself scratching my head to come up with something unique and I spent a lot of time thinkin. So much time, in fact, that I ended up waiting until the contest deadline day to make my sandwich. After a lot of thinking, I decided to approach this sandwich from a more common perspective. Instead of trying to create something totally unique, I decided to take a common idea... Beef and Cheese... and produce an outstanding version of it packed with flavor, fresh, and homemade ingredients. I hope you enjoy this video and I also hope you consider making this sandwich. It was truly phenomenal!
