Pressure is mounting on world platinum giant, Lonmin after failing to comply with its social labour plans. Lonmin, the Department of Mineral Resources and the Mining Forum of South Africa will face off in the North West High Court in Mahikeng on Friday. The Forum's petitioning the court to suspend the mining company's license and halt the sale of Lonmin to Sibanye until the mine's commitments are met.
