The blame game over the procurement of the failed BVR kits in 2013, played out before the national assembly public accounts committee with the former Chair Isaac Hassan accusing the then James Oswago led secretariat of the controversial procurement. Oswago who appeared before the committee instead shifted blame to the Isaac Hassan led team who he accused of interfering in the tendering process. Kevin Wachira with details.
