This video was taken at Bury Bolton Street on the East Lancashire Railway's Anniversary Celebrations on Wednesday 25th July 2007. It was taken just after the naming ceremony of the Class 40 Preservation Society's veteran machine 40145 and shows a number of people milling about in the general excitement of the day. Most of them will be waiting for 40145's first run in large logo to Ramsbottom and back. Here we see CFPS committee members John Stephens in black suit, talking to CFPS Chairman Martin Walker holding a hi-visability vest, CFPS working member Derek Gordon wearing a green t-shirt is taking photographs, past committee member Richard Spedding in navy blue waistcoat, driver Matt Jackson in hi-visability vest and green coat, CFPS committee member Mark Hornby passes by looking smart in a black suit, past committee member Martin Poulter in grey t-shirt and blue jeans, past CFPS committee member Grant Marks standing tall in white shirt, CFPS committee member and Visions International man Ken Carr in white shirt and shoulder bag, CFPS working member Ian Moore from Chester is milling about in a white shirt taking a photo of the loco, and past CFPS chairman and VIP Martin Butterworth in grey jacket with blue tie can also be seen in the background. More images can be found of a similar nature on Derek Gordon's excellent Fotopic website.
