Active Passive Voice PART 7 Simple Present Extra examples (తెలుగులో) || Spoken English || Open Mind

--------------------------

Active voice is the form of the sentences which we usually speak as a spoken form. Passive voice is used in written form of English as a tradition. Passive style is possible when we have transitive verb followed by a direct object. If we want to convert the active voice sentence into passive voice we need to make the direct object as the subject of the sentence. For converting active sentences we must use appropriate 'be' form markers to retain the tense. Always past participle is used in the passive voice. All tenses cannot be converted into their corresponding passive sentences. The present video places before you the essentials and usage of the concept of active voice and passive voice.

Active voice and passive voice, these are the two varieties of sentences having same meanings usually for the spoken part we use active mode of sentences but preferably newspapers and other textbooks use passive voice- for literature purpose. When do we say that a sentence is in active mode? When we use the subject of the sentence at the beginning followed by the verb, if possible followed by the objective, we say the sentence to be in active mode. If we have the receiver of the verb or objective of the verb followed by the past participle form and finally the doer of the verb then the sentence is said to be in passive mode.
