Murang’a County professionals are expressing concerns over the resurgence of Mungiki groupings that could hurt the regions development. In a high level consortium meeting they also decried the increase in teenage pregnancies, incest, alcoholism and drug abuse. The meeting organized by the Kenya Aids NGOs consortium was aimed at addressing social ills in the county with a view of prompting behavior change.
