Blade = 13 cm, handle = 13.5 cm Blade reads "Mongol, SOLINGEN" Both stainless steel and bakelite were invented around 1910, so anything after that is reasonable. (I need a number {year of production}, and one sentence of factual explanation, not a guess, hunch, hypothesis, or what your uncle thinks.)
