Senate legal affairs committee and the ethics and anti-corruption commission have hit out at the judiciary over what they say are acts of omission that have compromised ongoing war on graft. Senate legal affairs committee chair Amos Wako and EACC chief executive officer Halakhe Waqo say courts have been issuing injunctions to suspects facing graft cases, a development that has only acted to stall efforts aimed at streamlining operations in county administrations.
