High net worth individuals in Kenya now have the opportunity to be part of the real estate boom in Dubai by owning property there. A delegation of Dubai based Deyaar real estate development is in the country to woo Kenyan investors into owning property in Dubai. According to Deyaar sales vice president Nasser Amer investors can expect a guaranteed return on investment of 21 percent for the first three years after putting an upfront payment worth 5 percent value of the property.
