The Africa Director Sub-Saharan Africa in Belgium has warned that they may reconsider relations with Uganda unless she respects human rights and the rule of law. The call comes in the wake of terrorist threats in Brussels, with the country on heightened alert to ensure that the 2016 bomb explosions do not reoccur.
