Today iSpani cooks up a career out in the bus.  Its 5-star cuisine all the way for Hustler Elona Manyenyeza as she controls the kitchen and hopefully cooks her way to the Sous Chef position at Gondwana Game Reserves’ Kwena Lodge, not that far from her birthplace in the Western Cape, bringing her special flavour to their guest experience!
