The High Court has dismissed petition challenging the election of TJ Kajwang as Ruaraka MP. Justice Richard Mwongo in his ruling upheld the election of Kajwang saying there was no sufficient evidence to demonstrate claims of massive irregularities in the Ruaraka parliamentary election as cited by the petitioner.
