People living with HIV face rights violations - Report

A report by the African Commission on Human and People’s Rights has shown that people living with HIV have to grapple with many violations of their basic human rights. The report, launched in Kampala today, shows that discrimination, inequity, coercive HIV testing and criminalization of people living with HIV are some of the major challenges.
