Microsoft Excel Tutorial: Fast and Easy Way to Navigate Between Worksheets in Excel. Welcome back to the MrExcel Netcast! In this video, I'll be sharing a quick tip that many people have asked me about during my seminars. Have you ever wondered how I navigate through multiple worksheets so quickly? Well, the trick is to use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + Page Up and Ctrl + Page Down. This allows you to move to the left or right of your sheets without having to use the mouse. But what if you have so many worksheets that it becomes difficult to navigate through them? Don't worry, there's a solution for that too. If you right-click on the set of four controls on the left-hand side, a list of all the worksheets will pop up. And if you have even more sheets than what can be shown, you can use the Shift + F11 shortcut to add new sheets and then access them through the "More Sheets" icon in the list. Using these shortcuts not only saves you time, but it also makes your work more efficient. No more clicking on each sheet with your mouse, simply use the keyboard shortcuts and you'll be flying through your worksheets in no time. And if you ever need a quick overview of all your sheets, just right-click on the controls and access the "Activate" dialog to see a list of all your sheets. I hope you found this tip helpful and that it will make your Excel experience even better. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe to our channel for more useful tips and tricks.
