The French composer Léon Delahaye (1844–1896) seems to be remembered now only for having made piano reductions of operas by Saint-Saëns and Ambroise Thomas, and also for establishing a Schumann appreciation society in the 1870s. However, since I recorded his minuet 'Columbine' in 2011, I have seen more of his music, and he seems to have been a very talented composer of waltzes and other salon pieces. This attractive serenade was published in 1868.
