National Assembly Transport committee has issued a warning to all contractors working on different roads across the country saying those who fail quality and efficacy tests will be blacklisted. Committee Chairperson David Pkosing says parliament will no longer allow cowboy contractors to plunder public resources without delivering on agreed outcomes. Details in the county news roundup.
