Authorities in Samburu County are cautioning residents against eating meat from dead livestock whose carcass has not been inspected. The warning comes as thirteen people from Lorrok

village including five children and three breastfeeding mothers were treated at Samburu county referral

hospital after they consumed meat from the carcass of a goat.
