The Electoral Commission has asked residents of Busia to embrace peace and shun acts of violence a head of the 28th November District Chairperson By-elections. Justice Simon Byabakama the Electoral Commission chairperson says the kind of violence witnessed in the Bugiri and Arua by-elections must not be seen anywhere else. He was addressing a stake holders’ meetings at Madibira play ground. The By-election was called after court nullified the election of Ouma Adea on corruption related charges.
