National rugby Sevens team, Shujaa, qualified for the semi-finals of the Challenge trophy after beating Scotland 19-17 in the ongoing 6th  round of the HSBC Irb sevens circuit in Vancouver Canada. Kenya was relegated to the challenge trophy quarter finals after losing   to England 28-14 and 15-5 to series leaders South Africa in its opening pool matches.
