Do you suffer headaches, migraines, chronic aches and pains? This session ramps down slowly from 15 Hz to 1.00 Hz (at 8 mins)to 0.5 Hz ( at 18 min) then continues at 0.5 Hz (to 52 mins) during which you will start to find deep relaxation and relief from chronic pain and headache. It gradually inclines back to 14 Hz (at 1hr.02 mins.) till the finish. This session uses Sub-Delta (0 - 1 Hz) frequencies, which are theorized to have soothing effects on the limbic system - the amygdala and hypothalamus in particular, which themselves operate at delta frequencies. This may be the reason delta frequencies can be so helpful with conditions involving chronic pain, such as fibromyalgia, and are effective in combatting headache and migraine. It is recorded using angelic ambience and soft Indian flute. The session uses both Binaural Beats and Isochronic tones so you may use headphones or speakers if you wish. Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. It may be recommended that you also sit or lie in a darkened and cool room. During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible.
