Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua is accusing a section of Wiper party MCAs in Machakos of sabotaging his development agenda. In response to demonstrations that were held outside his office led by majority leader Mark Muendo, Mutua says the MCAs were not working in the interest of the people but were clearly serving their masters.
