One of the biggest pop bands of the 1970's was Little River Band. With the debut success of 1975's 'Curiosity Killed the Cat', the Aussie band was on its way, and the prophetic 1976 release 'It's a long way there' helped them make the leap into world markets, especially the holy grail - America. The 1976 album 'After hours' was combined with several tracks from the 1977 LP 'Diamantina Cocktail' to produce their breakout hits 'Help is on its way', 'Happy Anniversary' and this local hit 'Witchery'. 

'Witchery' was issued in July of 1977 at home, and while only reaching #33, it is a great example of the glorious harmonies and tight musicianship that typified the LRB sound.
