Marty Rhone was a popular fixture in the Australian entertainment landscape for most of the 1970's with stage, screen and recording achievements. He visited the pop charts several times during the decade, most significantly with this track. Spending more than five months in the Top 40 and reaching the upper echelons, Marty was also a regular on 'Countdown' seen by more than 2 million viewers every week. He still records and performs gigs.
