Members of the NRM party that defied the party position on mobile money tax says they acted in the interest of their voters.

The MPs says they are ready to explain their decision before the top party organs if summoned. However the party Chief Whip Ruth Nankabirwa yesterday informed NTV that that she had no issue with party members who rejected the tax:
