Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander Moses Kafeero has called for partnerships with higher education institutions to support the police do its work better. 

Kafeero who was speaking at the ISBAT University graduation ceremony in Kampala said public private partnerships would improve efficiency in government institutions such as the police through training.
